In these sessions we address the spirit aspect and how this effects every interaction you have with potential customers. In these sessions we will address personal states of mind and the power energy has on a team. We look to train the subconscious mind to address limiting beliefs and perform at the highest level possible. The tools we will practice can make a massive impact quickly that can improve the performance of any player or team.

We fully believe in the power of meditation, and in conjunction with that belief, we do hold workshops where we sit down together (online), discuss the power of this particular tool and how you can easily incorporate it into your day.
